이날 방문한 복지시설은 몸이 불편한 어르신들을 돌보는 노인요양시설로서 최근 코로나 확산으로 인한 방역 수칙 준수로 시설 방문이 제한되어 외부에서 짧은 인사와 위문금을 전달하는 것으로 대신했다고 했다
