만 15세 이상 송산3동 주민이면 누구나 이용 가능하며 신분증과 보증금 1만 원을 지참하여 주민센터에 직접 방문하면 대여가 가능하며, 다만 안전을 위해 만 19세 미만의 경우 법정대리인의 대리 신청만 가능하다고 했다.

단기 대여 시 당일 17시 30분까지, 장기 대여 시 최대 7일까지 대여가 가능하며, 대여일이 속한 주의 다음 주 월요일 17시 30분까지 반납하면 된다고 말했다.
