[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 평창군은 공동주택단지의 주거환경 개선을 위한 '2022년 공동주택 유지보수 지원 사업'을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

공동주택 유지보수 지원 사업은 15세대 이상의 공동주택 중 사용검사 후 10년이 경과(2021년 말 기준)한 단지에 대해 유지보수에 필요한 총사업비의 50퍼센트 이하 및 5,000만원을 초과할 수 없는 범위에서 지원하며, 사업 내용은 단지 내 도로, 어린이 놀이터 등 공유시설에 대한 유지보수 사업이며, 지원을 받고자 하는 공동주택은 입주자대표회의 의결을 거친 후 공동주택지원신청서, 첨부된 사업계획서 등을 작성해 군청 도시과 또는 읍·면사무소를 통해 제출하면 되고, 공동주택지원 심의위원회 심의를 거쳐 지원대상 사업의 우선순위 및 지원금과 지원 비율이 결정될 예정이라고 했다.

주현관 도시과장은 “보조금 지원을 통해 공동주택단지 내 주거환경을 보다 쾌적하고 안전하게 조성하고 주민들의 경비 부담을 줄여 복지증진에 기여하기를 바란다.”고 밝혔다.
