이번 사업은 총 1억2천1백만원의 예산을 들여 공동주택의 유지보수비용, 단지 내 보안등 전기요금 및 온라인 투표 비용을 지원하고, 사업 대상은 시설보수비용 지원의 경우 사용승인일로부터 10년이 경과한 5세대 이상의 공동주택이며, 보안등 전기요금 지원은 사용승인을 받은 5세대 이상의 공동주택, 온라인 투표 비용 지원은 사용승인을 받은 의무관리 공동주택이라고 했다.

지원 항목은 '어린이놀이터 유지·보수', '단지 내 도로 유지·보수', '경로당 시설 유지·보수', '건축보수와 지붕 설치 사업' 등으로 사업에 따라 최대 2,000만원까지 차등 지원하며, 보안등 전기요금 및 온라인 투표 비용은 전액 지원한다고 했다.
