[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 캠코는 6월 20일부터 오는 23일까지 4일간, 아시아개발은행(ADB)과 제7회 IPAF(International Public AMC Forum, 국제공공자산관리기구 포럼) 국제세미나 및 연수를 공동 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 세미나는 지난 2013년에 서울에서 첫 번째 세미나를 개최한 이후 국내에서 두 번째 개최로, IPAF 회원기관(15개), 아제르바이잔, 인도 등 아시아 개발도상국 정부, 국제기구 관계자 등 약 150여명이 참가하며, 코로나19 감염 예방과 참가국 시차 등을 고려해, 전용 웹사이트에서 사전 녹화 영상과 자료를 제공하고, 가상 스튜디오에서 실시간 강의와 토론을 진행하는 ‘하이브리드 방식’으로 진행된다. 

주제는 "포스트 코로나 시대, 새로운 부실채권(NPL, Non Performing Loan) 정리 메커니즘 모색"으로 정했고, 이는 아시아 각국이 코로나 팬더믹 대응 과정에서 증가된 NPL의 효율적 대응방안을 논의하기 위해서다.
