입암3주공아파트 단지 내 개소한「늘해랑 돌봄 빨래방」은 강릉종합사회복지관이 수행기관으로 지정되어 운영되며, 한국남동발전 영동에코발전본부에서 인테리어와 세탁기 및 건조기 구입 등 설치비 2억 원을 지원했고, 파로스는 운동화 세탁기건조기를 지원하고 디피코는 전기차 공급(무상수리)를 지원한다고 했다.

이날 개소식에는 월정사복지재단 해량스님을 비롯한 김한근 강릉시장, 이경희 강원도 일자리국장, 협력기관 대표(남동발전 영동에코본부, 농어촌상생기금 본부, 노인인력개발원 강원본부) 등이 참석하여 개소식을 축하한다고 전했다.
