[장선희 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 25일 동두천시청소년상담복지센터는 위기청소년에 대한 맞춤형 서비스 제공을 위한 청소년안전망 실행위원회 사례회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 회의는 경찰서에서 의뢰된 폭력 등 위기상황에 노출된 청소년에 대한 지원방안을 모색하기 위해 실시됐으며, 동두천시청 청소년팀 및 아동복지팀, 불현동 행정복지센터, 동두천경찰서, 동두천‧양주교육지원청 Wee센터, 재학 중인 학교 담당선생님, (사)희망지킴이 천사운동본부, 경기북부아동보호전문기관 등 8개 기관 실무자 16명이 참석하여, 위기청소년의 정보를 공유하고, 지원방안을 논의했다고 말했다. 

위기청소년에게는 시설입소, 학업지원, 자립지원 등의 서비스 제공 및 상담복지 사례관리 서비스 지원을 연계하기로 했다고 했다.

황상연 센터장은 “코로나19로 사회적 거리두기를 실천하고 있는 가운데, 위기에 처한 청소년들을 위해 협조해주신 각 청소년 관련 유관기관 관계자 분들께 감사드린다”고 인사를 전하며, “이번 청소년안전망 실행위원회 사례회의를 통해 학대 피해로 힘들어하는 위기청소년을 위해 다각적인 보호와 지원을 하도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다. 

청소년안전망은 지역주민, 기관, 단체 등 지역 내 활용이 가능한 자원 연계를 통해 지역사회통합지원체계를 구축하여, 학업중단, 가출, 자해, 학교폭력 등의 어려움을 겪고 있는 청소년을 조기에 발견해, 상담·보호·교육 등 맞춤형 통합서비스를 제공하는 사업이라고 했다.
