[장선희 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 4월 20일부터 4월 30일까지 2주간 동두천시청소년상담복지센터는 청소년안전망 활성화 방안 논의를 위해 관내 18개 초·중·고등학교의 학교장과 간담회를 진행했다고 밝혔다.

청소년안전망은 지역주민, 기관, 단체 등 지역 내 활용이 가능한 자원의 연계를 통해 지역사회통합지원체계를 구축하여, 학업중단, 가출, 자해, 학교폭력 등의 어려움을 겪고 있는 청소년을 조기 발견해, 상담·보호·교육 등 맞춤형 통합서비스를 제공하는 사업이라고 했다.

이번 간담회는 동두천시청소년상담복지센터와 관내 학교 간 학교부적응·학업중단 청소년을 예방하고, 위기청소년을 조기 발견 및 지원을 위한 청소년안전망 활성화 방안으로, '자해·자살, 가출, 학교폭력 등의 고위기 청소년에 발견 시 즉시 개입을 위한 핫라인 구축', '가정폭력, 방임 등의 청소년 지원을 위한 연계·협력 방안', '학교부적응·학업중단 청소년 연계·협력 방안 마련'에 대해 논의했다고 말했다.
