[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 17일, 동두천시 무한돌봄센터에서는 복합적 문제를 가진 대상자에게 통합사례관리를 제공하기 위해 2022년 제6회 내부사례회의를 개최하였다고 밝혔다.

대상가구는 동두천경찰서에서 제보된 가구로 허리디스크 수술비에 대한 부담과 기타 만성질환 및 우울감이 있었고, 주변에 가족이나 지인이 없어 지지체계가 약해 복합적인 문제가 있는 가구로 맞춤형서비스 지원을 위해 고난도 통합사례관리 대상자로 선정했고, 사례회의 결과를 토대로 선정된 사례관리 가구에 대한 개입목표를 설정하고 구체적인 서비스 제공계획을 수립하여 서비스를 제공할 계획이라고 전했다.

무한돌봄센터 관계자는 “계속적으로 매주 사례회의를 개최하여 복합적문제를 가진 취약계층을 발굴하여 맞춤형 서비스를 지원할 수 있는 기반을 조성하겠다”고 말했다.
