[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 16일, 동두천시 신시가지노점상인회는 어려운 이웃에게 전해달라며 성금 150만원을 불현동 행정복지센터에 기탁했다고 밝혔다. 

신시가지노점상인회는 이날 뿐 아니라, 매년 연말과 명절 때마다 어려운 이웃들을 위한 성품을 기부하는 등 꾸준한 나눔을 실천하여 더불어 살아가는 지역사회 만들기에 귀감이 되고 있다고 했다.

허훈 회장은 “회원들의 정성을 모은 성금으로 저소득 가정과 복지사각지대에 놓여 있는 이웃들을 지원하는데 작은 위로가 되길 바라며 앞으로도 나눔 문화 확산을 위해 적극 참여하겠다” 고 소감을 밝혔다.

한편, 김지일 불현동장은 “불현동의 어려운 이웃을 위한 나눔을 실천해주심에 감사드리며, 전달해주신 성금을 복지사각지대 저소득 가정을 위해 사용하겠다” 고 전했다.
