[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 2015년도부터 가평군청소년상담복지센터에서는 '청소년동반자 프로그램'을 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다. 

가평군 청소년동반자는 우리 지역의 지역적 특성과 가정형태를 고려하여 필요한 지역 자원을 발굴하고, 유관기관과의 연계 지원을 통해 위기청소년에게 맞춤형 지원서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 또한 교육청, 학교, 경찰서 등 필수연계기관을 중심으로 관내 유관기관과의 협력을 통해 위기청소년에게 다차원적인 지원과 개입이 가능하도록 시스템을 구축하고 있다고 했다. 

청소년동반자는 가정해체, 학교부적응, 가출, 비행 등의 위기상황에 직면한 위기 또는 위기가능 청소년이 학교, 가정, 지역의 사회안전망으로 복귀하고 적응적인 일상생활을 돕는 전문상담자라고 전했다. 

지난 2021년도에는 코로나19 장기화로 인해 청소년안전망과 연계하여 대면상담을 대체하는 전화, 모바일 상담 등으로 운영하였으며 어버이날 맞아 카네이션 만들기, 랜선 컬쳐·푸드테라피, 크리스마스 트리 만들기 등의 다양한 비대면 문화체험활동을 4차에 걸쳐 지원하였고, 특히 ZOOM을 활용한 실시간 비대면 프로그램을 진행하면서 새로운 문화체험 경험과 현장감을 제공하여 다양한 문화체험의 기회를 마련하였으며, 이 같은 다양한 비대면 온라인 콘텐츠를 제공해줌으로써 가정내에서 즐길거리와 더불어 결과물을 SNS에 게재하여 지속적인 소통으로 온라인 교류의 기회를 넓혀 스트레스 및 불안, 우울 등의 심리 정서적 안정을 도왔다고 했다.

2022년에도 청소년동반자는 대면, 비대면 프로그램을 통해 청소년들의 정신건강, 학습, 진로문제 등 청소년의 고민과 갈등을 해소하고 꿈과 희망을 심어주는 상담활동 및 위기청소년 상담, 긴급구조, 치료, 자활, 찾아가는 상담 등 종합적인 지원서비스를 원스톱으로 제공하여 가평군 청소년들이 건강한 삶을 펼쳐 나갈 수 있도록 동행할 예정이라고 전했다. 

여성가족부와 가평군이 지원하는 가평군청소년상담복지센터는 한국스카우트 연맹이 위탁운영하고 있으며, 청소년 및 학부모 개인상담과 집단상담‧심리검사‧다양한 교육 서비스 등을 제공하고 있으며, 또한 청소년안전망 사업을 통해 위기청소년에게 상담 및 복지, 연계 지원서비스의 맞춤형 통합지원서비스를 제공하고 있다고 했다. 

청소년동반자 프로그램 참여가능 대상은 관내 거주 만9세~만24세 청소년 누구나 해당되며 무료로 이용 가능하며, 신청방법은 본 센터 또는 청소년전화로 신청 가능하다고 전했다.
