이날 개최된 내부사례회의는 불현동 행정복지센터와 동두천시 복지정책과 무한돌봄팀이 참석하여, 최근 생계, 주거 등의 복합적인 어려움을 호소한 주민 2가구를 신규 사례관리 대상자로 선정하고, 다양한 복지욕구에 대한 해결방안을 논의했다고 말했다.

신규로 선정된 대상자 중 사업실패로 가구원 모두가 신용불량 상태이며, 취업을 할 수 없어 경제적으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 가운데, 현재 거주지마저 경매가 진행되고 있는 주거위기에 놓인 가구에 대한 공적급여 연계 및 안정적인 주거환경 마련을 위한 계획 수립을 위해 논의했다고 했다. 

임태수 불현동장은 “바쁜 중에도 회의에 참석해주신 모든 분들께 감사드린다”며, “대상 가구가 건강한 사회 일원으로 자립할 수 있도록, 지속적인 관심과 지원을 부탁드리며, 대상자가 안전하고 행복한 삶을 살 수 있도록 의견을 모아줄 것”을 당부했다.
