[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 오는 16일부터 10월 31일까지 시민들의 건강수준 파악과 지역사회 건강통계 작성을 위해 표본으로 선정된 만 19세 이상 지역주민들을 대상으로 '지역사회건강조사'를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

지역사회건강조사는 질병관리청 주관으로 서울대학교 산학협력단과 보건소가 협력해 매년 전국에서 실시하는 법정조사로, 지역에 맞는 건강정책을 수립하고 맞춤형 보건사업 추진 등 주민의 건강수준을 향상시키는 데 중요한 자료로 활용한다. 

조사방식은 교육과정을 수료한 조사원이 직접 방문하여 전자조사표를 이용해 고혈압, 당뇨, 음주, 흡연, 식생활, 정신건강 등 건강행태에 관한 설문문항을 1:1 면접조사 형태로 진행한다.

황영자 보건사업과장은 “정확한 건강지표 결과는 건강한 지역사회를 만드는 초석이 되므로 조사원 방문 시 적극적인 참여와 협조를 바란다.”고 당부했다.
