[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 8월 16일부터 10월 31일까지 양주시는 서울대학교와 함께 2021년 지역사회건강조사를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

지역사회건강조사는 보건복지부 산하 질병관리청에서 지역적 특성에 적합한 주민 건강통계를 생산해 지역보건의료계획 수립 등 각종 보건사업을 추진하는데 활용하기 위해 지난 2008년부터 매년 실시하고 있는 사업이라고 했다.

조사대상은 통계전문가들이 통계적 방법에 따라 해당 지역의 대표성 있는 가구를 무작위로 선정하며 표본가구 가구원 중 만 19세 이상 성인이 조사대상자가 된다고 했다.

조사항목은 흡연, 음주, 안전의식, 신체활동, 비만 및 체중조절, 구강건강, 정신건강, 예방접종, 의료이용, 경제활동, 코로나19 등 총 18개 영역 163문항이라고 했다.

조사는 양주시 보건소에서 선발한 5명의 숙련된 지역사회건강조사원이 표본가구를 직접 방문해 태블릿PC를 이용한 일대일 면접조사 방식으로 실시한다고 했다.
