[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 16일부터 내달 15일까지 화천군은공공실버주택에 입주 중인 120세대, 136명의 세대원을 대상으로 약 한 달에 걸쳐 개별 상담을 진행키로 했다고 밝혔다. 

상담에는 실버복지T/F 팀장을 비롯해 사회복지사와 건강관리사까지 참여해 대상자의 건강과 경제상황은 물론 심리와 정서적 상황까지 면밀하게 살피고 경제적 어려움이 파악된 어르신에 대해서는 복지급여 신청을 돕고 긴급지원사업을 연계하는 등의 지원을 이어나갈 계획이다. 

치매안심센터와 희망복지지워단 등과 연계해 필요 시 치매검사, 심리상담까지 병행키로 했으며 실버복지센터의 운동 및 교육프로그램에 대해서도 수요 발생 시 개설을 적극 검토한다는 방침이다. 

최문순 화천군수는 “지역 어르신들이 생활하시는데 불편함이 없고, 마음까지 편안하게 지내실 수 있도록 최선을 다해 모시겠다”고 강조했다. 

한편, 화천군은 지난해 공공실버주택과 실버복지센터 개관 후 매년 상담을 열어왔으며, 이와 별도로 실버주택 층별 간담회와 만족도 조사도 매년 시행하고 있고 지역의 일반 노인들도 즐겨 찾는 실버복지센터 역시 이용자 의견을 수렴하며 프로그램 개설에 최대한 반영해오고 있다.
