[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동두천시 보건소는 오는 8월 16일부터 10월 31일까지, 지역주민의 건강상태를 파악하기 위해 '2022년 지역사회건강조사'를 실시한다고 밝혔다. 

조사대상은 통계전문가들이 선정한 546가구의 만 19세 이상 성인 905명이며, 표본가구로 선정된 가구에는 조사 시작 전 가구선정통지서가 발송되며, 서울대학교 산학협력단 조사원이 해당 가구를 직접 방문하여 1:1 면접조사를 진행한다.

조사항목은 총 19개 영역, 138개 문항으로 흡연, 음주, 안전의식, 신체활동, 식생활, 비만 및 체중조절, 구강건강, 정신건강, 코로나19 등으로 구성되며, 조사를 통해 생산된 자료는 지역보건사업계획 수립과 평가 등 보건사업 추진을 위한 기초 자료로 활용된다.

이승찬 보건소장은 “동두천시민의 건강한 삶을 위한 중요한 통계자료인 만큼 표본 가구로 선정된 시민들이 적극적으로 협조해 줄 것을 당부드린다”며, “조사 기간 중 매일 조사원의 건강 상태를 확인하고 손소독과 마스크 착용 등 감염병 예방수칙을 철저히 준수해 안전하게 조사가 이루어지도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
