[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 3월 8일까지, 경기도 가평군이 2022년 상반기 아이돌봄 지원 사업에 참여할 ‘아이돌보미’를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

아이돌봄 지원사업은 부모의 맞벌이 등의 사유로 양육공백이 발생한 가정의 만 12세 이하 아동을 대상으로 ‘찾아가는 돌봄 서비스’를 제공하는 사업으로, 아이돌보미는 서비스 연계 가정을 대상으로 가사를 제외한 영아 및 아동의 건강, 위생, 교육, 임시보육 등의 전반적인 활동을 지원한다고 했다.

가평군은 자녀 양육의 경제적 부담을 완화하고자 ‘아이돌봄 서비스 지원 조례’를 제정하여 지난 2021년 7월부터 본인부담 금액의 전부 또는 일부를 지원하고 있다고 전했다. 

채용은 1차 서류심사, 2차 면접 및 인·적성 검사를 거쳐 이루어지고, 접수는 아이돌봄 홈페이지를 통해 가능하고, 금번 선발되는 인원은 80시간의 양성교육을 거쳐 아이돌보미로 활동하게 되며, 관련 자격(보육교사, 정교사, 간호사)이 있을 경우에는 교육이 면제된다고 했다.

한편 가평군 아이돌봄 지원 사업을 위탁·운영하고 있는 가평군 다문화센터 이승분 센터장은 “아이돌봄 지원 사업은 맞벌이, 한부모 등의 양육공백이 발생한 가정에 돌봄서비스를 제공하여 일과 가정의 양립을 지원함으로써 아이를 낳고 키우기 좋은 양육환경을 조성하는데 목적을 두고 있다”며 아이돌보미는 가평군 거주민이면 누구나 지원이 가능하다고 말했다.
