올해 공동주택 지원 규모는 385백 만원(시설보수비 315백만 원, 보안등 전기요금 70백만 원)으로, 시설보수비는 준공 후 10년이 경과한 단지를 대상으로 세대수에 따라 총비용의 50~90% 내에서 최대 5백만 원~3천만 원까지 지원하며, 보안등 전기요금은 준공 경과년수 관계없이 90%까지 지원한다.

지원을 신청하고자 하는 공동주택에서는 입주자대표회의의 의결을 거친 후 신청서류를 구비하여 다음 달 10일까지 속초시청 건축과 공동주택관리팀으로 신청하면 된다.
