[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 지난 7월 18일 부산광역시 교육청(부산진구 화지로)에서 아동·청소년의 문화예술 학습을 지원하는 ‘희망울림 프로그램’ 운영비 등 총 2.1억원을 부산광역시 교육청에 전달했다고 밝혔다.

이날 전달식에는 권남주 캠코 사장과 하윤수 부산광역시 교육감 등이 참석했으며, 전달된 2.1억원은 희망울림 프로그램 운영비 1.5억원, 디지털 공부방 프로그램 운영비 0.6억원으로 각각 사용된다. 

‘캠코 희망울림 프로그램’은 부산지역 내 문화예술 학습 경험이 적은 아동·청소년들을 대상으로 맞춤형 문화교육 및 예술 경험 기회를 제공하는 사회공헌활동이며, 지난 2017년 첫 시행 이후 지난 2년간 코로나19 확산으로 중단되었다가 올해 재개했다. 

캠코는 부산광역시 교육청과 협업해 문화예술 분야 체험을 희망하는 아동․청소년들을 모집할 예정이며, 모집 분야는 관악기․타악기 위주의 오케스트라 운영 및 밴드, 합창단 등이다. 

또한, 캠코는 저소득층 아동·청소년들의 온라인 수업 인프라 격차 해소를 위한 디지털 공부방 프로그램 운영에도 지난 5월에 이어, 기부금 6천만원을 추가로 전달했고, 전달된 기부금은 학습용 노트북 등 디지털 학습기기와 학습 기자재 구입 등에 사용될 예정이다.  

권남주 캠코 사장은 “희망울림 프로그램의 재개로 다시 한 번 부산지역 아동‧청소년들이 문화예술 학습 체험의 기회를 제공받아, 재능을 펼칠 수 있기를 기대한다”며, “앞으로도 캠코는 미래의 주역이 될 아동‧청소년들을 위한 다양한 사회공헌활동을 지속 발굴‧확대해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다. 

한편, 캠코는 작은 도서관인 ‘캠코브러리’ 설치, 저소득 가정 ‘제주도 가족여행’, 시각장애인 ‘그림해설 오디오북’, ‘신장이식 환자 수술비’ 지원 등 꾸준한 사회공헌활동을 통해 나눔문화 확산에 앞장서고 있다.
