[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 29일 태백시는 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가를 공시하고 오는 30일까지 열람 및 이의신청을 접수 받는다고 밝혔다.

시는 관내 토지 3만 3,153필지에 대해 2022년 국토교통부 표준지를 기준으로 개별공시지가를 산정 후, 최종 태백시부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 결정하였으며, 공시지가는 전년대비 4.95% 상승했다고 전했다.

개별공시지가는 시청 홈페이지 또는 부동산정보통합열람을 통해 확인하거나 건축지적과 및 동 행정복지센터를 통해 확인할 수 있으며, 개별공시지가에 이의가 있는 토지소유자나 이해관계인 등은 이의신청서를 작성해 오는 30일까지 시청 건축지적과 또는 동 행정복지센터로 직접 방문접수 하거나 팩스 또는 우편으로 제출하면 되고 지가행정의 공정성 및 신뢰성 확보와 불필요한 이의신청 등으로 인한 행정력 낭비를 최소화하기 위해 이의신청 기간 중 감정평가사와 직접상담제를 진행할 예정이라고 했다.
