[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 5월 31일 포천시는 25만7,806필지에 대한 2021년 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가를 결정·공시한다고 밝혔다.

국토교통부에서 공시한 표준지공시지가를 기준으로 산정한 올해 개별공시지가는 개별지가 산정 후 감정평가사 검증과 지가열람, 의견제출을 접수받아 최종 결정됐다고 했다. 

결정 공시된 개별공시지가는 포천시 홈페이지, 부동산공시가격 알리미 등에서 확인이 가능하고, 기타 궁금한 사항은 포천시청 민원토지과로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.

개별공시지가에 이의가 있는 토지소유자 등은 6월 30일까지 이의신청서를 작성해 시청 민원토지과 또는 읍·면·동 민원실에 제출하거나, 정부24, 일사편리, 부동산공시가격 알리미 등 인터넷을 통해 이의신청 할 수 있다고 했다.

포천시 관계자는 “이번에 결정·공시되는 개별공시지가는 양도소득세와 재산세 등 토지관련 세금과 각종 부담금의 부과기준으로 활용되는 만큼 많은 관심을 바란다.”고 말했다.
