[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시는 2022년 7월 1일 기준 개별공시지가에 대해 오는 9월 24일까지 열람을 진행하고 이에 따른 의견을 접수한다.

이번에 열람 및 의견제출 대상 토지는 2022년 1월 1일부터 6월 30일 사이에 분할, 합병, 지목변경, 등록전환 등 토지이동이 발생한 토지로 총 1,054필지이다.

이에 앞서 시는 7월 1일 기준 지역 내 토지 1,054필지에 대한 개별공시지가 산정을 완료하고 감정평가사의 검증을 받았다.

개별공시지가 열람은 시청 민원과 또는 해당 읍‧면·동 행정복지센터에서 지가열람부를 열람하거나 부동산공시가격알리미에서 열람할 수 있다. 열람가격에 의견이 있는 토지소유자나 이해관계인은 열람 장소에 비치된 개별공시지가 의견서를 기재해 제출하면 된다.

의견 제출된 필지는 비교표준지 선정의 적정여부와 지가산정의 적정여부 등을 재조사하여 감정평가법인 등의 검증을 거쳐 삼척시 부동산가격공시위원회 상정심의를 받게 된다.

처리결과는 의견제출인에게 개별로 통지되며, 최종 개별공시지가는 오는 10월 31일 결정·공시된다.

삼척시 관계자는 “개별공시지가는 토지 ㎡당 가격을 공시하는 것으로 국세와 재산세·취득세·등록세 등 각종 지방세 및 부담금 등의 대상 기준으로 활용되므로, 이번 개별공시지가 열람에 해당 토지소유자나 이해관계인의 많은 관심과 참여를 당부드린다.”고 말했다.
