시 관계자는 “이번 2021년 제4차 부동산가격공시위원회의 개최 결과는 오는 5월 31일 공시될 예정이며, 공시일로부터 30일간의 이의신청 기간을 거쳐, 최종 확정될 것”이라고 강조하며, “이의신청 등 관련 절차에 대해 궁금한 사항이 있는 토지소유자 및 이해관계인은 동두천시청 민원봉사과로 연락하면, 충분한 안내를 받을 수 있다”고 전했다.
