대상은 지난 1월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 분할, 합병, 지목변경 등의 토지이동 사유가 발생한 4,355필지로 포천시 홈페이지, 부동산공시가격 알리미 및 시청 민원토지과나 읍면동 행정복지센터에서 지가열람이 가능하고, 열람 후 지가에 이의가 있을 경우 토지소유자 및 이해관계인은 민원토지과나 읍면동 행정복지센터에 비치된 '개별공시지가 이의신청서'에 신청사유 및 의견가격 등을 기재하여 제출하면 된다고 전했다. 

이의신청된 토지는 표준지 선정의 적정성과 인근 토지와 가격 균형을 이루는지 여부 등을 재조사하고 감정평가사의 검증을 거쳐 포천시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의 후 그 결과를 오는 12월 말까지 개별통지하고, 기타 자세한 내용은 포천시청 민원토지과로 문의하면 된다고 했다.

포천시 관계자는 “개별공시지가는 각종 과세의 기본이 되는 만큼 재산관리 차원에서도 많은 관심 부탁드린다.”라고 전했다.
