[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시는 2022년 7월 1일 기준 조사 및 산정한 2,281필지 개별공시지가에 대해 1일부터 9월 24일까지 열람 및 의견 접수를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

열람 및 의견제출 대상은 2022년 1월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 분할, 합병, 지목변경 등 토지이동이 발생한 토지로 강릉시청 홈페이지, 부동산공시가격알리미 및 시청 지적과, 읍.면.동 민원실을 통해 열람할 수 있다. 

개별공시지가에 의견이 있는 토지소유자 및 그 밖의 이해관계인은 의견제출 기간에 시청 지적과 및 읍‧면‧동에 비치된 개별공시지가 의견서를 작성해 방문 또는 우편으로 제출하거나 부동산통합민원 일사편리 홈페이지를 통해 인터넷으로 신청하면 된다.

의견이 제출된 토지는 감정평가사 검증을 통해 비교표준지 선정의 적정성, 인근 토지와 지가 균형 여부 등을 재조사해 강릉시 부동산가격공시위원회의 심의 후 의견제출인에게 오는 10월 14일까지 서면으로 통지하고 10월 31일에 결정 및 공시할 예정이다. 

강릉시 관계자는 “개별공시지가는 재산세, 취득세, 각종 부담금의 산정에 활용되고 시민 재산권과 밀접하게 관련되어 있으므로, 의견제출 기간 동안 적극적인 관심을 가져주기 바란다”고 말했다.
