[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 3월 22일부터 4월 11일까지 20일 간, 횡성군은 '2022년 1월 1일 기준 20만 6,495필지'에 대한 조사·산정을 마치고, 주민 열람 및 의견 청취를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번에 열람하는 개별공시지가는 국토교통부에서 공시한 표준지 공시지가를 기준 으로 군에서 조사한 필지별 토지 특성 등을 조사해 산정하였으며, 감정평가사의 검증을 마친 가격이라고 했다. 

개별공시지가 열람은 군청 토지재산과 및 각 읍·면 행정복지센터를 방문하거나 횡성군 홈페이지, 일사편리 강원 부동산정보조회 시스템 홈페이지를 통해 열람할 수 있으며, 의견이 있는 경우 토지소유자나 이해관계인은 열람 장소를 방문하거나 군 홈페이지, 횡성군청 토지재산과 블로그를 통해 의견서를 작성하여 오는 4월 11일까지 제출하면 되고, 의견 제출된 필지에 대해서는 토지 특성을 재확인하고 표준지의 가격이나 인근 토지의 지가와 균형을 유지하고 있는지 여부 등을 재조사한 후 횡성군 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 그 결과를 의견 제출인에게 개별통지한다고 전했다.

이번에 열람하는 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가는 오는 4월 29일에 결정·공시하게 된다고 했다.
