[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 3월 22일부터 4월 11일까지 포천시는 2022년 1월 1일 기준으로 산정한 개별공시지가에 대해 열람할 수 있도록 하고 의견이 있는 경우 토지 소유자 및 이해관계인의 의견을 접수한다고 밝혔다.

열람 대상은 포천시 264,015필지에 대한 지번별 ㎡당 가격이며, 인터넷 사이트(포천시 홈페이지, 부동산공시가격 알리미) 및 시청 토지정보과나 읍면동 행정복지센터 민원실에서 지가 열람이 가능하나, 코로나19 감염 예방 및 확산 방지를 위해 관공서 방문을 최소화한 인터넷 열람 및 제출을 권장한다고 했다.

의견제출 된 필지는 인근 토지 및 비교표준지의 가격 균형 여부 및 토지 특성 등을 재조사 후 감정평가법인 등의 검증을 거쳐 포천시 부동산 가격공시위원회 심의 후 그 결과를 의견 제출인에게 통지할 예정이며 오는 4월 29일 결정·공시되고, 이와 관련 궁금한 사항은 포천시청 토지정보과로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.

포천시 관계자는 “개별공시지가는 토지 관련 국세, 지방세 부과기준 및 개발부담금 등 각종 부담금의 산출기준이 되므로 토지소유자 및 이해관계인들은 관심을 가지고 살펴보길 바란다.”라고 말했다.
