[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 29일 의정부시는 2021년 7월 1일 기준 개별공시지가에 대하여 의정부시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 마치고 결정·공시 및 이의신청을 접수한다고 밝혔다.

이번 개별공시지가는 2021년 상반기 중 분할, 합병, 지목변경 등 토지이동이 발생한 655필지에 대해 토지특성조사·산정 및 감정평가법인 등의 검증을 거친 뒤, 의정부시 부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 통하여 결정됐다고 했다.

개별공시지가 열람은 의정부시청 토지정보과와 의정부시 홈페이지 및 부동산가격공시알리미를 통해서 확인할 수 있으며, 열람 후 이의가 있는 토지소유자 및 그 밖의 이해관계인은 오는 11월 29일까지 이의신청서를 작성해 시청 토지정보과 또는 시 홈페이지에 제출하면 된다고 전했다.

이의신청이 접수된 개별공시지가에 대해서는 인근 지가와의 균형 여부와 표준지 선정 및 토지특성 적정성을 재조사한 뒤, 감정평가법인 등의 검증을 통해 의정부시 부동산가격공시 위원회 심의를 거쳐 그 처리결과를 이의신청인에게 개별 통지할 예정이라고 했다.
