[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 원주시는 오는 9월 1일부터 26일까지 2022년 7월 1일 기준 개별공시지가 열람 및 의견 청취를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

대상은 올해 1월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 분할·합병 등의 사유가 발생한 토지로 총 3,857필지다.

열람은 원주시 토지관리과, 읍면동 행정복지센터 및 일사편리 강원 부동산정보조회시스템 ‘공시지가열람가격’에서 할 수 있다.

결정된 개별공시지가에 이의가 있는 토지소유자 및 이해관계인은 의견서를 작성해 열람 기간 내 가까운 읍면동 행정복지센터 또는 원주시 토지관리과로 제출하면 된다.

의견이 제출된 개별공시지가는 현지 조사 등을 통해 감정평가사가 재검증을 실시한 후 원주시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 10월 31일 최종 결정·공시된다.
