[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시는 2022년도 7월 1일 기준으로 조사·평가한 777필지의 개별공시지가에 대한 열람 및 의견 접수를 오는 9월 1일부터 9월 24일까지 운영한다고 밝혔다.

7월 1일 기준 개별공시지가 조사대상은 지난 1월 1일부터 6월 30일 사이에  지적법상 분할 또는 합병된 토지, 대규모 토지개발 및 공유수면 매립 등으로 신규 등록된 토지와 형질 또는 용도의 변경으로 지목이 변경된 토지, 국·공유지의 매각 등으로 사유지가 된 토지 등이다.

조사대상 필지에 대한 토지이동 사유를 보면 토지분할 499필지, 합병 37필지, 토지형질변경 또는 지목이 변경된 토지 74필지, 신규 및 기타 167필지로 나타났다.

개별공시지가 산정지가의 열람은 인터넷 사이트‘부동산공시가격알리미’와 속초시 홈페이지 및 속초시청 민원실에서 열람 가능하다. 

이번에 조사된 개별공시지가에 대하여 이의가 있는 경우 속초시청 민원실에 비치된‘의견제출서’를 작성하여 제출하면, 속초시는 인근 토지 또는 표준지의 가격과 균형을 이루는지 여부 등을 재조사하여 그 결과를 의견 제출인에게 통지한다.

개별공시지가와 관련하여 궁금한 사항은 속초시청 민원토지과 토지관리팀으로 문의하면 된다.
