[김준호 기자 = 태백시] 태백시(시장 이상호)는 강원도가 실시한 2022년 토지 지적분야에서 개별공시지가 분야 유공기관으로 선정되어 강원도지사 표창을 수상했다고 밝혔다.

이번 평가는 18개 시·군을 대상으로 개별공시지가, 지적업무, 공간정보, 도로명주소, 부동산거래관리 등 7개 분야를 평가해 우수기관을 표창하고 우수사례의 공유를 통해 향후 발전 뱡향을 모색하기 위해 실시됐다. 

시는 개별공시지가 업무분야에서 공정하고 정확한 개별공시지가 산정을 최우선 목표로 지가행정의 투명성과 신뢰도를 높여 우수기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.

시 관계자는 “공간정보 융·복합 기술을 활용한 선진 토지특성조사 체계 구축, 시민과 소통하는 개별공시지가 업무를 추진함으로써 앞으로도 공정하고 정확한 토지 행정에 임하겠다”고 소감을 말했다.
