[김준호 기자 = 동해시] 동해시(시장 심규언)가 2022년 7월 1일 기준 개별공시지가를 오는 10월 31일 결정·공시한다고 밝혔다.

이번에 공시한 개별공시지가는 올해 1월 1일~6월 30일까지 토지 이동(분할, 합병, 지목변경 등)된 지역 내 1,121필지가 대상이다.

시는 지난 6월부터 현장조사를 통해 토지가격을 산정한 후 감정평가사 검증과 부동산가격공시위원회 심의·의결을 거쳐 결정했다.

공시지가는 동해시청 홈페이지 분야별 시정 주택가격조회 코너와 국토교통부 부동산공시가격알리미 등을 통해 조회할 수 있다.

기준 개별공시지가에 대해 이의가 있는 토지소유자나 이해관계인은 10월31일~11월 30일까지 이의신청서를 동 행정복지센터나 시청 민원과로 제출하면 된다.

유상포 민원과장은“개별공시지가는 국세, 지방세 및 각종 부담금의 부과기준으로 활용되므로 결정된 공시지가를 기한 내에 꼭 열람하여 확인하시길 바란다”고 전했다.
