이번 개별주택가격은 지난 1월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 토지의 분할‧합병 및 건물의 신축 등의 사유가 발생한 개별주택 230호에 대해 가격산정과 검증, 의견제출, 양주시부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 공시된다고 했으며 결정‧공시된 개별주택가격은 국토교통부 부동산공시가격알리미, 양주시 홈페이지, 한국부동산원 부동산정보 스마트폰 앱에서 열람할 수 있다고 전했다.

한편, 열람한 주택가격에 대한 이의가 있는 주택소유자와 이해관계인은 개별주택의 경우 양주시청 세정과로, 공동주택의 경우 한국부동산원으로 이의신청하면 된다고 했다.

이의신청된 개별주택은 가격의 적정여부를 재조사하고 한국부동산원의 검증을 마친 후 양주시부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거처 오는 11월 26일에 조정·공시될 예정이고, 기타 자세한 사항은 양주시 홈페이지를 참조하거나 양주시청 세정과로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.
