[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시는 지난 10월 31일, 2022년 7월 1일 기준으로 산정한 1,054필지에 대한 개별공시지가를 결정․고시하고 이에 대한 이의신청을 11월 30일까지 접수한다고 밝혔다.

이의신청 대상은 2022년 1월 1일~6월 30일까지 토지이동( 분할,지목변경 등)이 발생한 1,054필지로 부동산공시가격 알리미 및 시청 민원과나 읍면동 행정복지센터에서 공시지가 열람이 가능하다.

공시지가에 이의가 있는 토지소유자 및 이해관계인은 시청 민원과나 읍면동 행정복지센터에 비치된 ‘개별공시지가 이의신청서’를 제출하거나 정부24 또는 일사편리를 통한 온라인으로 신청하면 된다.

이의신청은 오는 11월 30일까지 토지소유자 및 이해관계인이 신청 할 수 있으며, 이의 신청된 토지는 12월 1일부터 12월 23일까지 결정지가의 적정여부,재조사 등을 검토 후 감정평가사의 검증과정과 삼척시부동산가격공시위원회 심의 후 오는 12월 27일 지가조정공시와 함께 신청인에게 통지하게 된다.
