[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 올해 2022년부터, 횡성군은 개별공시지가를 문자메시지로 신속하게 알려주는 '개별공시지가 자동 문자알림서비스'를 시행한다고 밝혔다.

군에서는 매년 개별공시지가 결정 가격을 홈페이지를 통해 공시하고 있으나, 인터넷 사용이 어려운 어르신 등 토지소유자가 의견제출 및 이의신청 기간을 놓치는 경우가 종종 발생하였고, 개별공시지가 자동 문자알림서비스는 이러한 주민 불편을 해소하기 위한 주민 맞춤형 서비스이며, 서비스를 신청하면, 매년 결정공시일(1.1. 기준 / 7.1. 기준)에 맞춰 개별공시지가 결정지가와 이의 신청 기간을 쉽고 빠르게 안내받을 수 있다고 했다.

신청 대상은 횡성군 토지소유자 및 이해관계인이며, 신청 방법은 안내문 상단에 위치한 QR코드 및 횡성군 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로 신청하거나 횡성군 토지재산과와 읍·면 행정복지센터에 방문하여 신청하면 되고, 신청서와 개인정보 제공동의서를 작성하여야 하며, 보다 자세한 사항은 횡성군 홈페이지를 참고하면 된다고 전했다.
