[김현우 기자 = 양주] 4일 양주시는 2022년 7월 1일 기준 관내 3,809필지의 개별공시지가를 결정·공시했다고 밝혔다.

이번에 결정·공시된 대상 토지는 2022년 1월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 분할·합병·지목변경 등 토지이동이 발생한 토지이다.

결정·공시된 개별공시지가에 대해 이의가 있는 토지소유자나 이해관계인은 오는 11월 30일까지 양주시 토지관리과에 비치된 이의신청서에 신청 사유와 의견가격을 제시해 제출하거나, 양주시 홈페이지에서 실명인증 후 온라인으로 제출하면 된다.

이의신청이 접수된 토지에 대해서는 토지 특성을 재확인하고 표준지의 가격이나 인근토지의 지가와 균형을 유지하고 있는지 여부 등을 재조사해 감정평가업자 검증과 양주시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 그 처리결과를 오는 12월 27일까지 신청인에게 개별 통지할 예정이다.
