[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 4월 29일부터 5월 28일까지 포천시는 개별(공동)주택가격 결정 및 공시 후 이의신청을 받는다고 밝혔다.

대상은 포천시 관내 개별주택 총 17,204호, 공동주택 총 29,936호이다. 2021년 1월 1일 기준 개별주택가격은 전년 대비 4.31% 상승했다고 전했다.

개별(공동)주택가격은 포천시 홈페이지 및 부동산공시가격알리미를 통해 확인하거나 포천시청 세정과(재산세팀)와 각 읍·면·동사무소 민원실로 전화나 방문을 통해 확인할 수 있다고 했다.

개별(공동)주택가격에 대해 이의가 있는 주택소유자 및 이해관계인은 적정한 가격을 제시하여 이의신청서를 제출하면 되고, 이의신청기간은 5월 28일까지라고 했다.

이의신청이 제출된 개별주택은 비교표준주택 선정과 가격산정의 적정 여부 등을 재조사하고 한국부동산원의 검증과 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 6월 25일까지 신청인에게 개별 통지한다고 했다. 

같은 기간 내 이의신청된 공동주택은 중앙부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 이의 신청인에게 처리 결과를 통지하며 기타 자세한 사항은 포천시청 세정과 재산세팀으로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.
