[김준호 기자 =삼척시] 삼척시는 오는 11월 30일까지 관내 부동산중개업소 40개소에 대한 현장 지도․점검을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

본격적인 가을 이사철을 맞아 부동산 중개업소의 불법 중개행위로 인한 시민들의 피해를 예방하고 건전한 부동산 거래 질서 확립을 위한 현장 점검이 진행된다.

시는 자체 점검반을 편성하여 부동산 중개 수수료 과다징수, 거래계약 시 관련 서류 교부․작성 여부 확인, 부동산중개업자의 의무 이행사항 등을 확인하며, 현장 지도․점검시 경미한 위반 사항은 즉시 계도하고, 중대한 위반 사항은 과태료 부과 등 행정조치를 취할 예정이다.

삼척시 관계자는 “정기적인 지도․점검을 통하여 불법 중개행위로 인한 피해를 사전에 예방하고 건전한 부동산 거래 질서 확립을 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
