이에 시는 지난 7월 초부터 오는 8월 15일까지 특별 지도 기간으로 지정하고 장흥파출소와 함께 집중적으로 주차지도 활동을 전개하는 등 교통 혼잡을 해소하고 행락객의 안전을 확보하기 위한 계도를 실시하고 있다.

시 관계자는 “장흥, 일영 및 신흥유원지를 찾는 행락객들이 행락철을 즐겁게 보낼 수 있도록 주차지도와 캠페인을 통해 원활한 교통흐름을 확보하고 안전한 보행환경을 조성하기 위해 노력할 것”이라고 말했다.
