[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시(박상수 시장)는 겨울철 한파로 주민불편 최소화를 위해 수도시설 피해와 도로제설, 산불 등을 사전 예방하기 위해 관련 부서가 총력 대응에 나서고 있다고 밝혔다.
시는 수도시설 한파대비 예방 홍보, 동절기 도로제설 종합대책, 산불재난 대응을 위한 부서 간 협업체제를 편성하고, 동절기 주민불편 최소화를 위해 삼척시 공식 SNS 채널을 비롯한 시정소식지 등을 통해 주민홍보에 총력을 기울이고 있다.
삼척시는 관내 수도시설로 지방상수도(정수장 6개소, 수도관 788㎞, 계량기 21,388전), 마을상수도시설(소규모 수도시설 135개소)을 보유하고 있으며, 동절기 대비 사전조치로 급수배관과 정수시설에 대한 점검, 24시간 긴급복구반 운영, 비상급수 차량 및 비상 식수를 사전 확보하는 등 한파로 인한 피해를 최소화 한다는 방침이다.
