[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 횡성군은 코로나19 장기화 및 경기침체로 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역 소상공인들의 경영 안정 및 지역경제 활성화를 위해 '2022년 소상공인 시설개선 지원사업'을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 소상공인 사업장 건물과 시설물 개량 및 수리, 사업에 필요한 장비 및 비품 교체 등을 지원하는 사업으로 부가가치세를 제외한 점포당 사업비의 50%인 최대 1,000만원까지 보조금을 지원하며, 이를 위해 군은 올해 사업예산 1억 5천만원을 투입하여, 관내 소상공인 점포 15곳 ~ 20곳까지 지원할 계획이라고 전했다. 

지원 대상은 공고일 이전 횡성군에 3년 이상 주민등록이 돼 있고, 횡성에서 해당 사업을 3년 이상 영위한 소상공인이며, 단, 휴·폐업 중이거나 지방세 등 세금 체납자, 5년 이내 유사·중복 지원을 받은 업소, 별도 지원사업이 시행 중인 음식·숙박업소 등은 사업에서 제외된다고 했다.

지원 희망자는 지난 3월 21일부터 오는 4월 4일까지 신청서 등 관련 서류를 참조해 횡성군청 2층 기업경제과 지역경제팀으로 신청하면 된다고 전했다

사업자 선정은 1차 서류심사 및 현장 확인으로 사업 적격 여부를 판단할 계획이며, 2차는 보조금 심의위원회를 통해 대표자의 연간 납부세액이 적고, 사업장의 최근 2년간 매출액이 적으며, 개선 의지가 높고 대표자의 관내 거주기간이 많은 순으로 사업자를 늦어도 5월 초까지는 선발할 계획이라고 했다.
