[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기도지사 더불어민주당 경선후보 안민석 국회의원은 코로나19 장기화로 어려움을 겪고 있는 경기도 내 자영업자·소상공인의 현장 목소리를 청취했다고 전했다.

이날 열린 ‘중소상인·자영업자 간담회’에는 방기홍 한국중소상인자영업자총연합회 회장, 송정만 전국유통상인협회 회장, 정진성 경기도시장상권진흥원 이사를 비롯하여 경기도 내 중소상인·자영업자 15여 명이 참석했다고 했다.

간담회에서는 지속가능한 공정경제 생태계 구축을 위한 공정거래지원센터 지원 및 확대 운영, 대기업 골목시장 침탈 방지를 비롯하여 골목상권 중심의 경제활성화를 위한 골목형 상점가 및 지역상생구역 확대, 임차상인 권익 보호 및 피해구제 지원, 지역화폐 확대 발행을 통한 지역 소비 활성화 등 여러 현안이 논의됐다고 했다.

특히, 이번 간담회에서는 코로나19로 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인 피해 상황을 공유하고, 경기도부터 온전한 손실보상을 위해 앞장서야 한다는 데 의견을 모으기도 했다고 전했다. 

또한 한국중소상인자영업자총연합회는 자영업자들의 정책을 수렴하여 현장의 어려움을 극복하기 위한 내용이 담인 경기도 정책제안서를 전달했다고 했다.

안민석 의원은 "2년이 넘는 시간 동안 코로나를 겪으며 자영업자들의 고통이 누구보다 크다는 걸 잘 알고 있다”며 “오늘 전달해 주신 정책제안서를 100% 공약에 반영하여 도지사 당선 후 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “경기도지사 취임 즉시 신속하고 충분한 피해구제 1호 행정조치를 할 것이다”라고 덧붙였다.
