[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 3월 24일, 의정부시 송산2동은 코로나19 장기화로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 주민들의 먹을거리 나눔을 위한 송이냉장고 후원 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

송이냉장고는 송산2동 공유냉장고의 줄임말로 송산2동 주민이면 누구나 음식물을 냉장고에 채워놓을 수 있고, 생활이 어려운 분은 가져갈 수 있는 송산2동 주민이 함께 사용하는 냉장고로써, 송이냉장고 사업은 지역주민의 복지 체감도 향상을 위해 송산2동 지역사회보장협의체와 마을복지계획추진단이 공동으로 추진하는 올해 첫 번째 마을복지사업이라고 전했다.

송산2동은 예산액 160만 원을 들여 업소용 냉장고 2대, 냉동고 1대를 송산노인종합복지관 1층에 설치 완료했고 오는 4월 1일 금요일부터 운영을 시작할 예정이라고 했다.
