중소기업 보조금 지원 사업은 양구지역에서 1년 이상 사업을 영위한 실적이 있는 중소기업(제조업)을 대상으로 기반시설과 마케팅 보조금을 지원하는 사업이며, 기반시설에 대해서는 도로·용수·환경오염 방지시설, 기계장비 구입 및 수리비용, HACCP 인증시설 등 기업의 시설을 개선하거나 설치하는 것에 대해 지원된다고 전했다.

기반시설 보조금은 시설 개선비용의 50%를 최대 5천만 원까지, 농공단지 신규 입주업체에 대한 HACCP시설 지원은 50%를 최대 2천만 원까지 지원되고, 마케팅 보조금은 포장재(포장상자, 패키지 등) 제작과 전시·박람회의 온·오프라인 부스비, 그리고 홍보영상 제작과 입점 수수료 등 홈쇼핑 입점 등에 지원되며, 포장재 제작 지원 보조금은 제작비용의 50%를 최대 500만 원까지, 전시·박람회 온·오프라인 부스비는 300만 원까지, 홈쇼핑 입점에 대한 지원은 홈쇼핑 입점 제반비용의 50%를 최대 1천만 원까지 지원된다고 했다.
