[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군은 코로나19 장기화등 불확실한 경영환경에 힘든 시기를 겪고 있는 관내 소상공인 지원을 위해 위기극복 가평군 소상공인 지원사업을 대폭 확대하였다고 밝혔다.   

군은 지원사업에 대한 정보를 현장에 빠르게 전달하고 체계적인 지원을 위해 '2022년 가평군 소상공인 지원사업 통합공고'를 가평군 홈페이지에 공고하였다고 전했다.

위기극복 소상공인 지원사업으로 소상공인 경영환경개선(7억5천만원), 소상공인 특례보증 대출지원(5억원) 및 대출 이자 이차보전금 지원(2억6천만원), 소상공인 특례보증 신용보증료 지원(4억원), 찾아가는 소상공인 매니저 운영(1억2천만원), 소상공인 경영컨설팅 지원(1억원), 공공배달앱 ‘배달특급’ 활성화(1억7천만원), 가평군 지역화폐활대 발행 및 인센티브 지급(21억원), 소상공인 정부재난금 지원(정책에 따라 변동) 등 9개의 세부사업으로 구성됐다고 했다. 

소상공인 경영환경개선은 새로 창업하거나 노후된 점포를 개선할 수 있도록 매출액 10억원 이하의 가평군 소상공인들에게 인테리어, 옥외광고물, CCTV 설치등 점포환경을 개선하는 사업이며, 128개 이상 업소에 최대 500만원, 총 7억5천만원을 지원할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 

소상공인 위기자금 대출 지원을 위해 총 11억6천만원을 편성하였고, 경기신용보증재단 보증을 통해 창업 및 운영자금을 최대 5천만원까지 무담보 대출 지원을 받을 수 있으며, 올해 특례보증 규모는 50억원 상당이며 관내 소상공인 300개소를 지원하고, 소상공인이 특례보증을 통하여 협약은행에서 받은 대출금에 대해서 최대 3천만원까지 연 2% 이내 이자를 지원하며, 올해부터는 특례보증금을 받기 위해 소상공인이 부담해야 하는 신용보증수수료를 군에서 최대 5천만원 이내에서 1%를 군에서 지원하기로 했다고 전했다. 

또한, 정보가 부족한 소상공인을 찾아가서 각종 소상공인 지원사업 및 신청방법을 안내하는 찾아가는 소상공인 매니저를 오는 5월부터 고용하여 사각지대 소상공인을 현장에서 지원한다고 했다. 

관내 음식점이 가평군 대표음식점으로 성장할 수 있도록 매뉴개발부터 마케팅 지원을 위해서 소상공인 경영컨설팅 지원사업에 예산 1억원을 편성,  전문적으로 맞춤형 컨설팅을 지원하고, 공공배달앱 ‘배달특급’ 활성화를 위해 1억7천만원을 편성, 결제수수료 지원 및 가맹점의 메뉴컨설팅, 친환경 배달봉투 지원, 다양한 행사 쿠폰 발행한다고 전했다.

군 관계자는 “위기극복 소상공인 지원사업으로 코로나로 고통받는 소상공인·자영업자분들이 시름을 덜고 희망을 갖기 바란다“고 말했다.
