[장선희 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 27일 동두천시 중앙동 행정복지센터는 위기가구 발굴을 위한 내부사례회의를 개최하여, 대상자 선정과 기존 가구의 점검에 대한 현재 진행상황에 대해 공유했다고 밝혔다. 

이번 회의에서는 이웃의 제보로 발굴된 복지사각지대 위기가구의 사례대상자 선정과 올해 1월부터 사례가구로 선정되어 지원받고 있는 2가구의 현재 생활실태 점검 등을 포괄적이고 다양한 시각에서 논의했다고 말했다. 

또한, 가구의 욕구에 따라 드림스타트, 치매안심센터, 정신건강복지센터 등 관내 다양한 복지지원 연계를 통해 견고한 민관협력 지원이 이루어져, 사례관리 대상가구에서 더욱 높은 만족도를 보였다고 했다.   

이춘우 동장은 “앞으로도 민관협력을 통해 중앙동 내 보유하고 있는 여러 자원의 창출을 통해 마을 자체적으로 지원해드릴 수 있는 확고한 지지체계를 구축하여, 복지지원에서 누락되는 가구가 없도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
