[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 8일 동두천시 중앙동 행정복지센터는 통합사례관리의 전문성 향상과 내실화를 위해 각별한 노력을 기울이는 중이라고 밝혔다.

이날도 최근 인사발령으로 통합사례관리 수행에 애로사항이 발생하였다고 실무자가 의견을 표현하자마자 무한돌봄센터 사례관리사가 중앙동에 출장하여 모든 문제가 해결될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 노하우를 전수하였다고 했다.   

그 방안으로 무한돌봄센터에서 연중 추진하는 사례관리사 동 행정복지센터 담당제 시책을 적극 활용, 내부사례회의 운영 전반에 대한 자문과 행복e음 기록 작성방법 교육 등을 수시로 요청하고 있다고 했다.

이춘우 중앙동장은 “무한돌봄센터와의 긴밀한 협력을 통해 사례관리 담당공무원의 실무능력을 높여 복지사각지대로 발굴되는 취약가정을 대상으로 전문적인 통합사례관리를 제공하겠다”고 전했다.
