특별히 2020년부터 코로나19의 확산과 여파로 인해 대면 중심의 발굴에 어려움이 있지만 주민들 대부분이 중앙동에 오랜 기간 거주하는 특성에 따라 위기의심 가구에 대한 제보가 동 행정복지센터에 꾸준히 접수되고 있다고 했다.
