[김택곤 기자=영월군] 영월군새마을회는 11월 4일(금) 영월군 여성회관에서 다문화가정주부들과 함께하는 디딤돌 전통문화 체험행사를 가진다.

새마을회원 20명과 다문화가정주부 30명 등 총 50여명이 참여해 함께 김치를 담그며 한국의 문화를 체험하고 이를 통해 서로의 문화를 이해하는 시간을 가진다.

영월군새마을부녀회장은 “다문화가정이 지역공동체 일원으로 잘 적응할 수 있도록 이번 사업을 추진했다.”며 “앞으로도 영월군새마을부녀회가 앞장서 다문화이주여성과 함께 할 수 있는 다양한 사업들을 발굴해 나갈 예정이다”고 말했다.
