이날 실시된 동료코칭은 송산권역 사례관리 담당자 5명이 참석한 가운데 각 동의 사례관리 가구 3건에 대해 집중 논의했고, 장·단기 목표설정, 서비스 연계 방법 등에 대해 코칭했으며, 고난도 사례나 위기가구 초기상담 시 통합사례관리사에게 동행상담을 요청하거나 내부사례회의 참석을 요청해 코칭을 받을 수 있도록 했다고 전했다.

민형식 송산권역 국장은 “통합사례관리 피어코칭을 통해 각 동의 사례관리 담당자 간의 협력을 통해서 사례관리 대상자의 욕구에 맞는 맞춤형 서비스를 제공해 대상자의 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
